Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]
Dupix is operated by [your full name or business name], [city], India ("we"). By creating an account or using Dupix you agree to these terms.
What Dupix does
Dupix is a web app that finds duplicate photos and burst sequences in a folder you choose, suggests which photos to keep, and can move the others into a review folder. Photos are analyzed inside your web browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
Your account
You need an account to use Dupix. Keep your password safe and tell us at [support email] if you think someone else has used your account. One free trial is allowed per person.
Free trial and Dupix Pro
- New accounts can scan up to 300 photos for free. Photos are counted when a scan starts.
- Dupix Pro is sold as prepaid plans: Monthly (₹199 for 1 month), Half-yearly (₹899 for 6 months) and Annual (₹1,499 for 12 months). Prices include applicable taxes. Launch offers may apply for a limited number of customers.
- Dupix Studio, for professionals, adds export to Lightroom and Capture One (XMP sidecar files) and priority support: Event pass (₹299 for 48 hours from payment), Studio Monthly (₹499) and Studio Annual (₹3,999).
- Plans do not renew automatically. Buying a plan while one is active adds the new time on top.
- With Dupix Pro you can scan up to 1,000 photos at a time, as often as you like, until your plan ends.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy.
Your files are your responsibility
Dupix only suggests which photos to remove and, if you ask it to, moves them into a review folder. It never deletes files. Always review suggestions before deleting anything and keep backups of important photos. We are not responsible for files you delete.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of Dupix, and don't share or resell your account.
Liability
Dupix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
