This policy explains what [your full name or business name] ("we") collects when you use Dupix, and why.

Your photos stay on your computer

Dupix analyzes your photos inside your web browser. Your photos, their contents and their file names are not uploaded to our servers.

Account details: your email address, name (if you give it) and a securely scrambled version of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account ID.
Usage: how many photos each scan included, to run the free trial and plan limits.
Payments: order and payment IDs, amount, currency and date. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
Cookies: one cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Hostinger (website hosting and database), Google (sign-in, if you choose it) and Razorpay (payments). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

We keep your account while it is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by emailing [support email]. We'll reply within [7] days.
