Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every account can scan 300 photos for free, so you can check that Dupix works for you before paying.

Refunds

If you're not happy with Dupix Pro, email [support email] within [7] days of payment with the email address of your account, and we'll refund the full amount. After [7] days, payments are not refundable.

The Event pass covers a single 48-hour period that starts when you pay, so it can't be refunded once that period has ended.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking or wallet) through Razorpay, usually within [5 to 7] working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Dupix Pro plans (monthly, half-yearly and annual) are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when your plan period is over, and we email you before that happens.

Failed or double payments

If money was taken but your plan didn't switch on, or you were charged twice, email [support email] with the payment ID from your receipt and we'll fix it.
